If you want to get to the root of health concerns and improve your digestion and assimilation of nutrients but live a long distance from Montevideo, a 24-hour Urinalysis and a Signs & Symptoms Survey can be completed without traveling to my office.  We will glean valuable scientific information, allowing me to make accurate, applicable, and personal recommendations regarding nutritional needs and whether you could benefit from enzyme supplementation.  Lifestyle changes will also be given if needed.

The 24-hour Urinalysis is done at certified labs, providing valuable information.  Color, cloudiness, volume, & specific gravity are recorded.  This tells how well your body is processing dietary choices & what food(s) it is having difficulty digesting and assimilating.  It also includes measurements for pH, calcium, and vitamin C.   Includes collection of material supplies, lab fees, and private consultations​!  Detailed information about the 24-hour Urinalysis is available on this page:  Enzyme Therapy.

The Signs & Symptoms Survey will help identify dietary deficiencies of food components (protein, carbohydrate, and fat), food enzymes, and coenzymes (vitamins and minerals).  You will receive a private link to complete the survey online.

Palpation Exam
Whether used as a part of the Homeostatic/Energy deficiency test (above) or as a stand-alone service, the palpation exam helps determine if your digestive organs can do their intended function.   By palpating or "feeling" your abdomen before and after a meal, we can determine what happens to your digestive organs when they are presented with food.  This exam can answer many questions, such as which organs are stressed if your digestive system struggles to break down carbohydrates.  Protein?  Fats?  All of the above?  You must also be able to eliminate waste so your immune system is not overworked and your health can be maintained.   What is a palpation exam?  Read more here:  Enzyme Therapy.
